The EcoResort Vida Sol e Mar
is the Official Operator of the Right Whale Institute.
Check
out the package that we prepared for you to best enjoy
our special visitor, the Franca Whale.
It is 3 days of speeches from
biologists, visitations, and, of course, the observation of
these mammals, that during this period of the year, come to
our beaches to give bird and raise their young.
:: Useful Information:
- Ride Schedule:
1°
Ride: 8 a.m. from Garopaba. 5 minutes tolerance.
2°
Ride: Approximately 11 a.m. After the confirmation of
the conditions.
- Duration:
- Minimum of 1 hour.
Depending on the location of the whales, ocean, and departure
conditions.
- 10 % of the ticket
is given to the Right Whale Institute to sponsored researches.
- It is not permitted
to throw anything on the ocean, because the whales are on
their natural habitat.
- The whales are
there to be watched, so they are disturbed by us
- The company will
provide vests and impermeable clothes.
- The ride can change
due to weather conditions.
- Children that
are less than 3 years old cannot go on the ride.
